About Flooring Conroe: Floors Chosen to Last
We install flooring in your home and help you pick something that still makes sense years from now. That means talking about what a floor costs today, how long it holds up, and how much work it takes to keep looking right.

Why We Talk About the Long Run
A lot of flooring gets sold on the price per square foot. That number matters, but it is only part of the bill. A cheap floor that wears through in a few years can cost more than a better one that lasts. So we put both on the table before you choose.
On a first visit we look at the rooms, the subfloor and how your home gets used. Kids, dogs, a busy kitchen, a back door that sees muddy shoes. Then we lay out a few options side by side. One might cost more up front and need almost nothing later. Another might be cheaper now and need replacing sooner. You decide with the whole picture.
We install hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank, tile flooring, laminate flooring, carpet, carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, vinyl composition tile and stair flooring. Having that range means we are not pushing one product. If carpet tile fits a playroom better than plank, we will say so.

How We Run a Job
We check what is underneath
Before we recommend anything, we check the subfloor for moisture and low spots. What sits under a floor often decides how long it lasts, so we look first and suggest second.
Upkeep is part of the quote talk
We tell you how each floor gets cleaned and what wears it out. Grout needs sealing. Carpet needs regular vacuuming and an occasional deep clean. Vinyl mostly needs a damp mop.
A clear estimate
Your estimate lists materials, prep work and labor as separate lines. If the old floor comes up and we find a problem, we show you before any extra work starts.
We leave the room ready to use
We cover what needs covering, haul off the old flooring and scraps, and sweep up. You should be able to put the furniture back the same day we finish a room.

Our jobs take us all over Conroe and out to Willis, Panorama Village, Montgomery, Magnolia, Pinehurst, The Woodlands, Shenandoah and Oak Ridge North. Long, sticky summers are tough on some materials, so the advice we give for each room accounts for that. You can find the full list on the Service Areas page.
